feeling snoody - recent purchases from BR and JCrew

long time no see :) today i'm sharing you some recent purchases from JCrew and Banana Republic! I picked up some goodies yesterday in-store. i was looking for more scarves, hats, and gloves as its getting awfully chilly in chicago now! j.crew is still running 30% off sale items in store (final sale!).  i picked up the last polka dot snood in navy and lime for $39 (after promo), and the stripe merino scarf in neon azalea for $29 (after promo)!. A bit pricey for scarves in my opinion but i think the quality and color make up for it!

today i also stopped in at banana republic, and they were having 40% off all items in store including sale items! so i moseyed on over to the sale section and spotted this tank. it reminds me of a spring top, but it's also great to layer under blazers for work and for $11 after the promo, i couldn't resist!

i also picked up this printed wrap top, it's super comfy and will look great with black crop pants, a pencil skirt, or even leggings. Again this top was $11, for a versatile comfy top - this wasn't a bad price!
